True 'All Distance' calling - Local, Long Distance, and International Voice, and Data on a single network, and migration to
a VoIP infrastructure at your own pace!
AT&T will deploy a fully configured Tenor switch, along with an AT&T managed router, to transport both voice and data traffic over their PNT (IP MPLS)
Network. Tenors also provide alternate access to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), helping to assure that telephony, including 911 calls, can
continue outside the IP network if necessary.

Tenors are recognized for many features and benefits. With Flexible Reach, Tenors offer:
- The ability to support voice, fax, and modem data and transmit the signals over the IP network, using SIP signaling.
- Optional failover (survivability) to the PSTN - This assures backup for outbound calls in the event that the AT&T IP network is not available. In failover mode, the Tenor® switch appears like the PSTN to the analog key system.
- Transparent deployment - Tenor can be connected to any existing legacy network without the need for any PBX modification or reprogramming.
- Dynamic Call Routing with Universal Programmable Dial Plan - Tenor allows calls to be routed not just between sites but to any device or network whether it is legacy or VoIP.
- Broad product line with multiple configurations available - Quintum's Tenor Analog products can be configured in a variety of ways:
- Station gateway with only FXS ports
- Trunking gateway with only FXO ports
- Enterprise switch with 2 FXO ports and your choice of FXS port
- MultiPath switch with equal numbers of FXO and FXS ports.
