Tenors are unique in their capabilities to support unified communications with legacy voice networks and IP PBXs.

Unified Communications Proxy (UC Proxy): Quintum Tenors feature a new unique UC Proxy. The UC Proxy enables the Tenor gateway to provide “Any to Any” connectivity, allowing calls to switch from TDM to SIP, SIP to TDM, TDM to TDM and SIP to SIP. This allows Tenor to be integrated into any existing voice network.

Tenor’s UC Proxy also offers the ability to deploy multiple gateways off of a Microsoft Mediation Server, and support connectivity to branch office gateways, including Tenor Survivable Branch Office gateways that provide back up for standard SIP networks.

Customized Configuration Wizard: Quintum is also providing Microsoft customers with a way to simplify their VoIP deployment with Office Communications Server 2007 and Tenor. The wizard will step you through the process to perform a standard configuration with MS OCS2007. This Configuration Wizard is free with all Tenors sold for any Office Communications Server 2007 implementation.

QUINTUM IS ANNOUNCING A NEW LINE OF TENOR HYBRID GATEWAYS:

Quintum will soon release its new Tenor Hybrid Gateways, which integrate Tenor’s unique switching intelligence with a Microsoft Mediation Server to simplify deployments of Microsoft unified communications and VoIP, without having to completely replace a legacy telephony networks. Quintum has created a single box solution that eases integration across IP and legacy networks, eliminates the need for a separate mediation server and reduces the total cost of ownership.

Available with up to 4 T1/E1/PRI spans to support up to 120 VoIP channels, this new series of gateway is perfect for Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 deployments!

Quintum put together a one price/one year customer support package that includes everything from remote installation to Advanced Warranty Replacement. For one price, we will assist you with pre-network design to assure easy integration of Tenor with the MS Mediation Server, the PSTN, existing PBXs and any analog devices, including FAX machines. We will perform Remote Installation which will be closed only when the installing engineers have verified that Tenor successfully operates with the OCS Mediation Server, PSTN and all attached devices. You will have 7x24 access to our engineers and Advanced Warranty Replacement, if needed for one full year!

Until December 31st, 2007, Quintum is offering resellers free installation services valued at over $650 per Tenor with our Remote Management Session Server, for customer installations.
