For one price, we will assist you with pre-network design to assure easy integration of Tenor with the MS Mediation Server, the PSTN, existing PBXs and any
analog devices, including FAX machines. We will perform Remote Installation which will be closed only when the installing engineers have verified that Tenor
successfully operates with the OCS Mediation Server, PSTN and all attached devices. You will have 7x24 access to our engineers and Advanced Warranty
Replacement, if needed for one full year!
This "one-price" package dramatically simplifies implementation and support of Tenor VoIP Switches and Gateways for customers who are migrating to the
OCS2007 Platform.
Quintum’s Microsoft Certified Engineers will assist in pre-network design and planning, with a focus on integration of the Tenor with the Mediation Server,
PSTN networks, PBX inter-working as well as analog device support, including Fax devices. Our engineers will perform remote installation and they will work
with you until the installation is completed, ensuring that the Tenor interoperates with the OCS Mediation Server, PSTN network and analog devices. We’ll
ensure that your customers have 24x7 access to our engineers, and Advanced Warranty Replacement if needed.
