Interactive Voice Response and Real-time Billing Solutions for Use With Quintum Tenor VoIP MultiPath Switches and Session Border Controllers
Talking SIP™
Talking SIP™ is an advanced software solution for voice applications and real-time billing over SIP networks. Talking SIP speaks SIP directly to
industry leading softswitches, IADs, softphones and gateways to provide applications such as second line services over broadband Internet, calling card,
tandem, and e-commerce. Talking SIP comes standard with integrated real-time prepaid and postpaid billing, reporting and a complete management interface.
Built on Windows® 2000 Server/Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft SQL 2000 Server, Talking SIP runs on off-the-shelf Intel processors, so there is no
need for costly or special hardware configurations.
Applications
Our flagship product, Talking SIP, can provide your SIP based network with real-time call processing and integrated billing via SIP messaging. The product
utilizes independent, script-controlled IVR prompting and can recognize DTMF over RTP. As a complete software-only package, there is no requirement for any
third party voice processing hardware, which greatly reduces the cost of the solution. In addition, the only required connection is a 10/100/1000 Mbps
Ethernet connection – so Talking SIP does not consume costly PSTN/TDM resources in providing its enhanced services.
A key feature of Talking SIP is that it can transfer the caller to another destination and redirect the voice payload directly through the network while
retaining supervision and call control.
Talking SIP offers a complete suite of service-ready applications like prepaid/postpaid calling card, tandem switching, and 800/900 termination providing
value-added enhanced services that create increased service provider revenue and improved profit margins.
