Quintum's Certified Partner Program is designed to enhance the expertise within the Quintum VAR network by rewarding the Quintum Partners who dedicate resources, training and service capabilities to the Tenor Product Line.
The goal of Quintum's Certified Partner Program is to make integration of VoIP solutions simple and profitable for our channel partners AND to help their customers succeed with this new technology.
We are currently recruiting a limited group of key multimedia networking reseller partners worldwide that are interested in providing sales and service of VoIP solutions.
Our core beliefs for our Certified Partners are that:

We screen every VAR applicant to assure that they have qualified technical expertise to support IP and voice networks to provide advanced applications. Each of our Certified Partners will also have a solid track record of implementing and servicing these technologies for their customers' benefit.
3. Together We Will Build Our Businesses:
There are two designations of Certified Partners: Certified Sales Partner (QSP) and Certified Service Partner (QCSP). Each designation has valuable marketing and sales benefits associated with them benefiting both the VAR partner and the end user/customer by adding new value to their customer's business.
Some of these benefits include:
- Recognition as a Certified Sales or Service Partner
- Enhanced support from Quintum's Sales and Marketing Department
- Priority on sales and service lead generation programs
- Proprietary access to Quintum's Partner and Customer Service Websites which contain the latest product information, sales tools, software downloads, etc.
- Participation in Quintum's exclusive "Demo" Program
- Enhanced support from Quintum's Service and Engineering Departments
- Referrals for installation and maintenance services
- Quintum's advanced training courses on VoIP technologies, and Tenor applications
This program will recognize our certified resellers as having the training and tools required to successfully support their customer base. With the rigorous certification and training process, the Certified Partner Program will ensure that customers are working with the most highly trained and qualified VARs.*
