asnumber

Description:   Auto-Switch Number. Used to set the number that will be dialed by other Tenors to initiate an Auto-Switch to this Tenor. It is important to understand that you are configuring the number that other Tenors will dial to call this Tenor for an Auto-Switch. This is not a number that this Tenor dials for Auto-Switch Also, this number must come in to the Tenor that it is configured on. For example, if a customer has 2 T1 lines and there is a Tenor on only one line. The Auto-Switch number that is configured on this Tenor is a number that can come in on either of the 2 T1 lines. There is a high probability that when a Tenor dials this number to initiate an Auto-Switch, the call could come in on the T1 line that the Tenor is not connected to; therefore, the Auto-Switch will fail. Also, when set to DID, the number configured here will never get passed to the PBX. This number becomes a Tenor resource/number.
