Description: Voice Coding Law. Used to set the voice coding law for this Tenor, either Mu-Law or A-Law. Mu-Law is used with T1, while A-Law is used with E1. When you switch the physical line types from T1 to E1 or vice versa, this parameter does not set itself correctly. It must be set manually.

Arguments:
0 Mu-Law.
1 A-Law.
Default: 0 - Mu-Law.
Availability: All releases of Tenor.
Guidelines: The Tenor will not perform a Mu-Law to A-Law conversion. Therefore, it is important to make sure that both interfaces (PBX and PSTN) within one Tenor unit are set to the same voice coding law. You must reset the Tenor for this parameter setting to take effect. It is OK that Tenors within the same network have different settings.
