Description: R2 Category Information. Used to set up the R2 category tones that the Tenor will send out for an E1 line that is CAS. For the purposes of this section, the prompt will be shown as config pstntg 1# or config pbxtg 1#.
Cmd Type: command.
Prompt Level: config pstntg 1# and config pbxtg 1#
Syntax: r2category or r2cat {ani} {cp]
Arguments:
ani Required. Numeric value that specifies the R2 Group I forward tone to be sent on receiving calling party request before ANI digit request.
cp Required. Numeric value that specifies the R2 Group II forward tone to send on receiving A3 backwards tone indicating calling party category.

1-15 Specified tone that will be received to request the ANI category.

1-15 Specified tone that will be sent as the ANI category.
Default: null
Availability: Only if ccsorcas is set to CAS (1), the line is an E1 and cassig is set to R2 (4). Software release 2 or higher (p2-x-x) on Digital Tenors only. Not available on Analog Tenors.
Examples:

Sets the ANI category request tone to 1 and the ANI category tone to 2.
