Description:   Related to the Prepaid and Postpaid Account (IVR) parameters, this command determines the amount of times the user may make a mistake when dialing their Card Number, Account Number or PIN. Erasing a digit by using "#" counts as 1 mistake.   

Cmd Type:   command.   

Prompt Level:   config pstntg# and config pbxtg#   

Syntax:   ivranswerdelay or retry {num}   

Arguments:   num   A numeric entry that indicates the amount of "tries" the User is permitted to make. A "try" is whenever the user types a "#"; either to enter a number or to erase a digit.   

Default:   0   

Availability:   Software Release P4-2-14 of both the Digital and Analog Tenors, when ivrtype is set to 2 (Pre-paid Calling Card) or 3 (Post-paid Account).   

Examples:   

config pstntg 1# retry 3

Sets the retry counter to 3.
