- Serial Number
- System Configuration
- Firmware Version
- IP Address
To obtain the above, log in via telnet and capture the output of the "cmd support" and "show -l" (lower case L) commands to a .txt file.
Please also provide, where appropriate, a call flow (network) description or otherwise explain the environment. For example:
