Customer Service Contact Information

If your direct relationship is with a Quintum Certified Partner, you should contact them for the first tier of support. Once your reseller has been contacted, Quintum will support them in supporting you. If you do not receive satisfactory results, please contact Quintum by sending an Email or by calling (see address and phone below), and we can consult with you about your options. Our office hours are between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (Eastern U.S. time), Monday through Friday.

Please include the following when sending an Email:

  • Product Model
  • Serial Number
  • System Configuration
  • Firmware Version
  • IP Address

To obtain the above, log in via telnet and capture the output of the "cmd support" and "show -l" (lower case L) commands to a .txt file.

Please also provide, where appropriate, a call flow (network) description or otherwise explain the environment. For example:
