I am interested in Quintum products. Where can I purchase one of your units?

  • Send an e-mail to sales@quintum.com to be referred to a local Quintum Certified Partner by our Sales Team.

How do I open a trouble ticket?

Your reseller can help you to open a ticket. Send an email to service-ticket@quintum.com. This email automatically opens a trouble ticket and generates a ticket number. A Quintum engineer will then reach out to you to assist you in correcting the problem.

I would like to try and troubleshoot my problem myself. Do you have any technical documentation I can refer to?

The Quintum Support website provides product hardware guides, software references, and application notes to help you learn more about our products. This information is categorized by product.

Do you have any literature that I can read to learn about the various Quintum products?

Quintum provides useful white papers, product brochures, product spec sheets, and case studies. Check the Quintum product literature on the website.

How can I receive updates on new releases and product updates?

See the instructions to subscribe to Tenor Notes, Quintum's informative product newsletter.

Where can I download the latest patches and firmware for my Quintum product?

All product firmware and patches release can be found on the Quintum Support website. Select your product from this page, follow the link for firmware updates, and download the latest patches and firmware. Always remember to back up your configuration files before upgrading your firmware.

What other training resources does Quintum offer?

Quintum offers excellent training courses. Our classes are extremely popular and fill up quickly. In order to attend a training class, you MUST speak with your sales rep to confirm availability and reserve your place. No one will be admitted without a confirmed paid receipt. Seats are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon receipt of the completed Training Registration Form and all fees.
