Description |
It is possible to configure up to 3 Syslog Servers to which the Tenor will send alarm events when they happen. You may also configure the Syslog servers to poll your Tenor for alarms on a scheduled basis if your Syslog server supports this. |

Keep in mind that there is a limit on the number of Syslog Servers that can be created:
The Syslog Server Software is third-party software and is not supported by Quintum. |

Note |
By default, the Tenor has one SysLog Server Menu created. Type "new SYSLS {name}" at any config prompt level to configure up to two additional Syslog Servers (e.g., new SYSLS "CMS Syslog"). You may also delete a Syslog Server by typing: "delete SYSLS {name}". |
