DNChannelMap (dncm 1) Prompt Level

Description

This prompt allows you to associate channels with DNs in the Hunt LDN directories. DN Channel Map-based routing is done based on slot, span, and channel specified in the DN channel map table.

Guidelines

If a Local Directory Number (LDN) route is present for the same trunk group, then the LDN route receives lower priority.

• The DN Channel entry pattern will be used as ANI if a call originates from the interface (slot, span, channel) and the interface does not provide any ANI.

• The DN channel map calling name will be used as Calling Name.

• If PrefixCCAC is set to 0, then the first LDN, when used as ANI, will not be prepended by AC and CC.

• There is multiple SIP UA support and UA-to-DN Channel map entry association.
