Description

This setting allows you to reject inbound calls that do not contain ANI (Caller ID) information.

When this setting is enabled, it displays two additional settings.

  • The cause code for the rejection is set in CauseRejNoANI.

  • The minimum acceptable length of the ANI is set in MinimumAniLength.

Guidelines

Valid settings are as follows:

  • 0 - Disabled - accept all calls (default)

  • 1 - Reject calls of short/no ANI

This command has limited use, but is available primarily for situations where ANI information is required for billing purposes.

The system will reject inbound calls that do not contain ANI.
