DefaultANIPresentationInd

Description

All three of the settings for this command relate to the presentation indicator (CLIR bit) in the Calling Party Information Element in the outbound ISDN SETUP message. This bit tells the telco to suppress Caller ID. When the CLIR bit is set, the display of Caller ID is set to restricted presentation.

There is a command with the same name in the IPRG and ISDNSG. See the links below.

Guidelines

The SS7 Signaling Group prompt is only available for Tenor CMS, code version P103-00-00 or later.

Valid settings are as follows:

  • 0 - Relay ANI from incoming leg of call (default).

  • 1 - If no ANI is available the CLIR bit is set to restricted. When ANI is available, use the value from the incoming leg.

  • 2 - If ANI is present, send it with CLIR bit set to restricted. If ANI is not available, set CLIR bit to restricted.
