Description

This analog-only parameter lets you set the decibel level of transmit gain for ports controlled by this signaling group.

There is a command with the same name in the IPRG. See the link below.

Guidelines

Numeric value is the dB level to set in 1db increments. The default is 0 dB. Valid values are between -6 dB and 6 dB.

In Analog Tenors, the function differs depending on whether it is the Phone or Line group. The default is the same.

  • CASSignalingGroup-phone: Used to raise or lower the gain <volume> of signals coming in from the phone-side (PBX -> Tenor). Default is 0 dB for both Multipath and Termination applications.

  • CASSignalingGroup-line: Used to raise or lower the gain <volume> of signals going out on the line-side interface (Tenor -> PSTN). Default is 0 dB for both Multipath and Termination applications.
